Even if you’re testing out a new skill set and make a small risk, you’ll end up with it paying off as you expected, or it could fail. And, at the end of the day, knowing you already have your master skills to work with, reminds you that your failure is just a step in the direction towards a satisfying success!

It helps you feel successful even when other areas of your work aren’t necessarily going well. It helps you to remember that each day you manage to complete all kinds of important tasks – many of which go unnoticed. By noticing these little wins and acknowledging them, you are reminded of your value and you are empowered by your victories.
Life is a balance of successes and failures. Any good leader knows that both extremes are necessary for growth.
