We are proud to announce our new partner, Global Connections for Women Foundation (GC4W).
Global Connections for Women Foundation (GC4W) is a non-profit organization headquartered in New York City with a reach of 3.5 million people worldwide. GC4W believes in all women and girls – and their right to create new opportunities for themselves and their communities.
First of all, Global Connections for Women Foundation, created in 2012, represents the response to the 3rd Goal of the UN Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) as documented by the United Nations. The Foundation is the reaction to the collective outcry of women and girls in underserved communities around the world.
Especially relevant is that GC4W promotes gender equality and the women empowerment, regardless of their nationality, societal status or background. This aim can become reality by connecting, educating and empowering women and youth starting from the underserved communities.
Furthermore, Dr. Lilian Ajayi-Ore represents the Global Connections for Women Foundation, at the Toronto World Leadership Forum. She is the Founder and Executive Director of GC4W. Also, Lilian is a great example of an empowered woman, an award-winning Humanitarian and an International Women Advocate.
The Toronto World Leadership Forum unites leaders and peacemakers all over the world. And so, they will network and come to innovative assertive decisions and solutions towards the emergent problems of our time.
Along with our partner, we will debate, promote and come to decisions for gender equality, women, and youth empowerment. All these, are vital aspects of the cultural and economic development of a society.
